César Barbosa é produtor, autor e diretor focado em desenvolvimento de projetos de animação para tv, cinema e internet. É sócio da KAPLOW, mestrando em Mídias Criativas pela UFRJ e vice-presidente da ABCA, a Associação Brasileira de Cinema de Animação. Atualmente, está dirigindo a animação adulta "Nico e Madá", com lançamento previsto para final de 2024.
