Responsible for some of the shows that marked the history of Pop and mainstream music in Brazil, Drica Lara will talk about behind the scenes of her success stories success. Talent Manager and Creative Director, Drica is responsible for creating singer Ludmilla's show at Rock in Rio 2022 and Coachella 2024, in addition to having signed IZA and Matuê's shows at The Town in 2023. The executive will talk about the challenges and creative opportunities in the sector that increasingly prioritizes quality and unique experiences.

In 2016, together with his partner, Mila Ventura, they founded Mundo da Música, the 1st portal with specific content for the music market. In 2020, they started a joint venture with POPline, expanding content fronts and creating a 360 hub of daily information about the music industry called @poplinebizmm.
