As Head of Music (LatAm) at YouTube, Sandra Jimenez leads a team that helps artists, labels, and publishers grow on the platform and succeed.With a deep understanding of music and Latin culture, she has helped YouTube spotlight many popular artists in the region. Her leadership has resulted in significant growth for YouTube in Latin America. Sandra holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and executive education from MIT and Stanford. For six years, 2017-2022, Sandra was recognized in Billboard’s Latin Power Players List and in the last four years, 2021-2024, She was recognized in Billboard's International Power Play List.

Nominated in 2022 and 2023 as "Best Music Journalist" at the WME Awards, @laainaiane has a degree in Social Communication from UFBA. She began her career in the Press Office market, working with artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Saulo (ex-Banda Eva) and Alinne Rosa. She was involved in the communication strategy of artists such as Valesca Popozuda, Lexa, among others. In 2016, together with her partner, Mila Ventura, they founded Mundo da Música, the 1st content portal focused on the music market. The project entered a new phase in 2024 with the resumption of its brand, coverage of the Latin Grammy in Miami, in addition to the continuation of the partnership with Rio2C and new initiatives.
