Kamilla Fialho is a pioneer in funk artistic entrepreneurship. 20 years ago she approached the funk world, at Furacão 2000, and there she started with her first artist, MC Sapão and founded her company, K2L. Managing K2L as CEO, today Kamilla Fialho has four partners and manages the careers of the artists Vitão, Kevin O Chris, Bruna Griphao, TZ da Coronel, Fuze, 3030, Tília and the sales of the singer POCAH's shows. In addition, the entrepreneur is a partner in the label Urban Pop, specialized in urban, funk, trap, rap and hip-hop artists. In pandemic K2L understood that their strategies also served for non-musical artistic careers, so they incorporated a People nucleus in K2L.

For over 10 years, Marina Mattoso has led digital communication for clients in the music industry, such as Gilberto Gil, Maria Rita, Ludmilla, Jota Quest, and UBC. She is currently the CEO of Jangada Comunicação, an agency focused on strategic planning and content marketing in the entertainment sector. Marina also coordinates the Digital Marketing for Artists course at Music Rio Academy and teaches Digital Marketing in the Experience and Entertainment Management course at PUC-Rio. Alongside Anita Carvalho and Roberta Senna, she offers consulting services for artists through the Strategic Career Acceleration Plan (PACE). Additionally, she is a columnist for Popline Biz.
