Worked as Content Coordinator at Synapse, for 7 years. In 2008, joined Globosat at Multishow/Bis/Off channels, then joined the kid's channel Gloob for 5 year and after that, GNT/+Globosat/Viva hub. Since September 2018, Joana works at Panorâmica as a Head of Development.
